Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Keys to Succeed planners, websites and related digital products (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Keys to Succeed ("we", "us", "our"), the seller you are contracting with.

1. Acceptance

By accessing, purchasing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

2. What we provide

Keys to Succeed provides online planning tools and downloadable keepsake workbooks, checklists and printables for weddings, celebrations and life milestones. Access to paid planners is granted to the account that made the purchase, and downloadable files are yours to keep and print.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and any downloaded files for your own personal or household planning within the plan you purchased. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence or publish our files, reverse engineer the Service, or circumvent any technical limits.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• engage in fraud, spam or deceptive activity;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping data.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, lists, photos and other content you add to a planner. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely so we can provide the Service to you.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, templates, workbook designs, written content and branding.

8. AI features

Some planners include optional AI helpers that generate suggestions such as gift ideas, prompts or checklist questions. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for general planning purposes only. You are responsible for what you enter, for reviewing any suggestion before you rely on it, and for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit. AI features must not be used to produce unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content. We may filter, restrict or refuse outputs, remove content and suspend accounts for repeated or serious misuse. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical or tax advice.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free. We may update, change or withdraw features from time to time. We recommend you export your keepsake files so you always hold your own copy.

10. Payments, billing and refunds

Keys to Succeed is the seller of the products offered on this site. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which handles billing, tax calculation and invoicing on our behalf. We do not see or store your full card details.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise, and any applicable tax is calculated at checkout. All planner purchases are one off unless the checkout clearly states a recurring charge . See also our Refund Policy.

11. Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may lose access to online planners, so please export your keepsake files. We may delete stored content after a reasonable period following termination.

15. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
