Our guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to every planner, bundle and add-on we sell, including downloadable workbooks.

How to request a refund

The quickest way is from your account: sign in and open Billing, refunds & cancellations, choose the purchase and submit a request. You can track its progress on the same page, and it updates automatically once the refund is processed.

Prefer email? Write to hello@keystosucceed.com.au with your order reference and we will arrange it. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and approved refunds are issued back through Stripe to the card or payment method you used.

Timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional business days to show the funds.

Subscriptions

Where a purchase renews, you can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges from the next billing date.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that applies to you.
